INTRODUCTION: 

This week, we were tasked with pruning excess and dead tree branches for better ventilation. Next, it can control tree growth and produce a balanced tree canopy structure and an optimal number of leaves.

OBJECTIVE

  • Enhance the tree growth pattern to make it better and faster.
  • Preventing disease and insect attacks

TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT:

  • Wheelbarrow
  • Glove
  • Machete
  • Boot 
  • Leaf rake


CHALLENGE:

  • Hot weather
  • Not enough time


ACTIVITIES:

7:00am: Exercise and check class attendance.

8:00am: Next, Sung a national anthem, faithful insight UITM and planter's song.

8:30am: We pruned tree branches that had rotted and tidied up the plot area to make it look                  wider and more orderly.

9:30am: Break and relaxing the body.

10:00am: Go back to the plot and clean up areas that have not been done and gather used                      equipment for storage.

11:00am: Finish field work and back to college.
