INTRODUCTION:

(CONTROL OF WEEDS, PESTS, AND DISEASES IN NURSERS)

- This week the weather was cloudy and rainy, we were not able to spray pesticides but we were briefed on the correct way to use pesticides by the lecturer. Various pesticide application techniques and various forms of killing were explained to us.


OBJECTIVE:

- We need to avoid pest attacks so that the financial loss of production is not too great. In addition, ensuring plants get enough nutrients to help prevent disease, bug and weed attacks.


TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT:

- Gloves

- Straw Hat

- Tools


ACTIVITIES:

7:00am : Exercise and check class attendance

8:30am : Listen to the briefing:

                 FUNCTION:

                 1.(Pesticide) = Control weeds, insect infestation and diseases

                 2.(Fungicide) = Kill or prevent the growth of fungi and their spore

                 3.(Biocide) = Disinfectants and food preservatives

9:00am : Go to nursey and starting doing the task together and taking the equipment

10:00am : Break and relaxing the body.

11:00am : Finish the field work and go back to the room
